APPROVAL POLICY FOR CUSTOM ITEMS

At Elegance & Bliss By Msni Custom Creations, we take pride in creating high-quality, personalized products for our clients. To ensure clarity and satisfaction, we require customer approval on all custom designs before production.

1. Mockup Review: Clients will receive a mockup of their custom design for review. It is the client’s responsibility to review this mockup carefully
2. Final Approval: Once the client provides final approval, the design will proceed to the printing and production stages. No further changes or edits will be accepted after approval is given.
3. Approval Timeframe: Clients have up to 4 days to review and approve the design. If no response is received within that timeframe, the design will be automatically approved and proceed to production.
4. Binding Agreement: By approving the design, the client confirms they are satisfied with the final product. No refunds, returns, or redesigns will be accepted once the final approval is received, as the product will be created based on the agreed-upon design.
5. Non-Response: If the client does not respond or approve within 4 days, the product will be made and shipped as is, based on the most recent mockup provided.
