Shipping

We offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure your custom creations arrive on time. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. You may choose from a variety of shipping methods during checkout.

Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares and packages your items using trusted shipping carriers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Production & Processing Times:

Orders are prioritized based on event dates to ensure timely delivery. Please provide your event date at checkout or via email. For orders without an event date:

Small orders: 3–5 business days processing

Larger or more complex orders: 7–10 business days processing

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days

During peak seasons or sales, slight delays may occur—but we’ll always work diligently to meet your timeframe.

Rush Orders (Optional)

Need it sooner? Rush processing is available for an additional fee.

Rush processing: 3–5 business days

Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is important to us—if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us directly.

If an item arrives damaged or defective due to a production error, we will make it right.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
